The Grand Seaview Batu Pahat seeks to redefined Chinese fine-dining experience by reimaging traditional oriental style with a modern approach, expressed through clean straight lines and sophisticated materials. 

Featured curtain walls enveloping the first to third floor create an image of elegance and translucency, branding the restaurant as a crown jewel of modern oriental style. The concept of modernized oriental style is further accentuated by usage of copper coloured aluminium composite panels wrapping around the existing columns, creating vertical fins to add geometric clarity onto the façade.
